This site already goes a long way towards accessibility efforts, but:
- Individual videos aren't easily bookmarkable (unless you're using the MediaRSS feed)
- No closed captions (but transcripts are available)
- Clickable links to HTML transcript and WMV download appear to be rendered as (and require?) Flash player
- Difficulties navigating current video with keyboard-only control
